These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mixture Chat or Mix Chat mobile application ("App"), operated by MIXTURETECH YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration, including your real age.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Password

Optional Information:

  • Profile Photos
  • Bio
  • Interests
  • Nationality
  • Gender

3. User Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Share explicit or adult content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

4. Inappropriate Content and Illegal Activities

Mixture Chat is committed to providing a safe and respectful communication environment for all users. To uphold this standard, the platform may use automated systems to monitor content shared through its services (including messages, media, etc.).

If any content is detected that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, promotes hate speech, incites violence, involves sexual exploitation, or violates the platform's policies:

  • The user's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
  • In compliance with legal obligations, such content and relevant user information may be shared with authorized governmental authorities.

Mixture Chat reserves the right to take all necessary technical and legal measures to prevent such violations and ensure the safety of its community.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Messages are encrypted and stored securely
  • We use industry-standard security measures
  • You control your data sharing preferences

6. Premium Services

  • Premium features are available through in-app purchases
  • Payments are processed through official app stores
  • Refunds are handled according to app store policies
  • Premium features may change with notice

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful behavior
  • Provide false information
  • Are reported by multiple users

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content are owned by the Company
  • You retain rights to content you create
  • You grant us license to use your content within the App
  • You must respect others' intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for service interruptions
  • We are not liable for indirect damages

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Changes will be effective upon posting
  • Continued use means acceptance of changes
  • Major changes will be notified in advance

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
