Mix Chat Account Deletion

To delete your account:

1. Open the Mix Chat app
2. Go to Profile > Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"

To delete specific data (conversations, photos, profile info):

• You can edit your profile, remove photos and delete conversations directly within the app.
• Deleting a conversation removes it from your chat list. Copies that are part of a report or a moderation record are kept for the period described below.

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile information and photos are permanently deleted.
• Messages you sent may remain visible in the conversations of the people you talked to, shown as sent by a deleted user.
• Messages, reports (including report evidence), moderation records and access/traffic logs are kept for 1 year to meet our legal obligations, including Turkish Law No. 5651, and are then automatically deleted.
• Data may be kept longer only if required by a court order or an ongoing legal process.
