KVKK BaşvurusuData Protection Request (KVKK)

6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi kapsamındaki haklarınızı (kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve diğer talepler) kullanmak için aşağıdaki yollardan biriyle başvurabilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırır, cevabımızı e-posta ile iletiriz.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information or a copy, correction, deletion, to object, and other requests), you can apply in one of the ways below. We handle your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest and reply by email.

Mix Chat uygulamasında Ayarlar → Data protection request (KVKK) bölümünden başvuru türünü seçip talebinizi yazın. Başvurunuz hesabınıza bağlanır, kimliğiniz hesabınız üzerinden doğrulanır; başvurunun durumunu ve kısa cevap özetini aynı ekranda görebilirsiniz. Verilerinizin kopyasını istediğinizde dosya hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresine gönderilir.

In the Mix Chat app, go to Settings → Data protection request (KVKK), choose the request type and write your request. The request is linked to your account, which is how we verify your identity; you can follow its status and a short summary of our answer on the same screen. If you ask for a copy of your data, the file is sent to the email address registered to your account.

Mix Chat hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@mixturetech.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Lütfen konu satırına "KVKK Başvurusu" yazın ve talebinizi açıkça belirtin. Güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile imzalanmış başvurular da bu adrese gönderilebilir.

Write to info@mixturetech.com from the email address registered to your Mix Chat account. Please use "KVKK Request" as the subject and state your request clearly. Requests signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature can also be sent to this address.

Islak imzalı dilekçenizi şahsen, posta veya noter aracılığıyla aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz. Dilekçede adınız soyadınız, T.C. kimlik numaranız (yabancılar için uyruk ve pasaport/kimlik numarası), tebligata esas adresiniz, varsa e-posta ve telefonunuz ile talep konunuz yer almalıdır.

You can deliver a signed letter in person, by post or through a notary to the address below. Please include your full name, Turkish ID number (for foreigners: nationality and passport/ID number), postal address, email and phone if available, and your request.

Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayette bulunabilirsiniz. Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğine dair ayrıntılar KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde yer alır.

If your request is rejected, you find our answer insufficient or we do not reply in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. Details on how your data is processed are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
