These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mixture Chat or Mix Chat mobile application ("App"), operated by MIXTURETECH YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration, including your real age.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

Required Information:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Password

Optional Information:

  • Profile Photos
  • Bio
  • Interests
  • Nationality
  • Gender

3. User Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Share explicit or adult content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on Mix Chat:

  • Buying, selling or promoting drugs or other illegal substances
  • Buying, selling or promoting weapons, ammunition or explosives
  • Gambling, betting or casino promotion, including links to betting sites
  • Prostitution, escort services or any offer of paid sexual services
  • Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities)
  • Threats, incitement to violence, terrorism or self-harm encouragement
  • Hate speech targeting people based on protected characteristics
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, spam or unsolicited advertising
  • Sharing other people's personal data or intimate images without consent
  • Any other content that is illegal under Turkish law or the law of your country

4. Inappropriate Content and Illegal Activities

Mixture Chat is committed to providing a safe and respectful communication environment for all users. To uphold this standard, messages and media are automatically checked by our own systems and by the OpenAI moderation service to prevent illegal content such as drugs, weapons, gambling, prostitution and child exploitation.

  • Messages that clearly violate these Terms may be automatically hidden and not delivered.
  • Hidden or flagged messages may be reviewed by our authorized staff.
  • When you report a user, the most recent messages of that conversation are stored with the report for review.

If any content is detected that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, promotes hate speech, incites violence, involves sexual exploitation, or violates the platform's policies:

  • The user's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
  • In compliance with legal obligations, such content and relevant user information may be shared with authorized governmental authorities.

Mixture Chat reserves the right to take all necessary technical and legal measures to prevent such violations and ensure the safety of its community.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Firebase servers; they are not end-to-end encrypted
  • Messages may be automatically checked and, where flagged or reported, reviewed as described above
  • Messages and logs are kept for 1 year and then automatically deleted; your profile and photos are deleted when you delete your account
  • We use industry-standard security measures
  • You control your data sharing preferences

6. Free Service and Advertising

  • The App is free to use and does not offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions
  • The App is supported by advertising shown through Google AdMob
  • We may change or discontinue features with notice

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful behavior
  • Provide false information
  • Share prohibited content listed in Section 3
  • Are reported by multiple users

8. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content are owned by the Company
  • You retain rights to content you create
  • You grant us license to use your content within the App
  • You must respect others' intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for service interruptions
  • We are not liable for indirect damages

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Changes will be effective upon posting
  • Continued use means acceptance of changes
  • Major changes will be notified in advance

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
